17 km from the center, in Guidonia Montecelio, the Marco Simone It has been completely redesigned by European Golf Design with Tom Fazio II to host the Ryder Cup 2023. The championship course of 18 holes par 72 is set on hills with significant slopes, wide greens and defended by bunkers and water, and from many holes you can see the dome of St. Peter. It is also the venue for the Italian Open. Buggy is recommended: the course is long and undulating.
