From April to June and September to October: pleasant temperatures on the courses and in the art cities. In midsummer, Florence and Rome are very hot; early morning tee times are best.

Isn't Castiglion del Bosco a private club?

Yes, it's the only private golf club in Italy, and access for non-members is dependent on a stay at the resort. In your quote, we'll confirm the option for your dates: one night at the resort with a supplement, or, alternatively, a second round at La Bagnaia or another Tuscan course.

Can I customise the package?

Absolutely. We can add nights, upgrade to 5* hotels, add a private driver instead of trains, or add additional camps, such as Ugolino in Florence or a camp in Rome. Contact us for a customized quote.

Is the package also suitable for those who do not play golf?

Absolutely. Guided tours, shopping in Milan, and the art cities make the tour enjoyable even for non-players. The accompanying person's price does not include green fees.

How do booking and payment work?

After your contact we send you a personalized quote with specific dates. The reservation is confirmed with a 30% deposit, the balance is due 45 days before departure (60 in high season). We accept bank transfer and credit card.

Day 01 :

Arrival at Malpensa and Lake Maggiore

Arrival at the airport of Milan Malpensa and private transfer to the 4★ hotel in the Bogogno and Lake Maggiore area, about 20 minutes away. Check-in and collection of your kit with tee times and train tickets. Free evening: we suggest a lakeside dinner in Arona.

Day 02 :

Green fees: Bogogno Golf Resort

Transfer to Bogogno Golf ResortTwo 18-hole, par-72 courses designed by Robert von Hagge on the moraine hills, with Monte Rosa dominating the horizon. Green fee and buggy included. Lunch at the clubhouse and free afternoon.

Day 03 :

Green fees: Castelconturbia Golf Club

Transfer to Castelconturbia Golf Club, Just minutes from Bogogno: Robert Trent Jones Sr.'s 27-hole course nestled among oak and chestnut forests, home of the Italian Open. Green fee and buggy included. Return to the hotel in the afternoon.

Day 04 :

Shopping in Milan and train to Florence

Check-out and private transfer to Milan. Morning dedicated to the shopping tour in the Fashion District between Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga. In the afternoon, take the first-class high-speed train to Florence (1 hour and 55 minutes) and check-in at the hotel.

Day 05 :

Florence with a guide

Guided tour of Florence: the Duomo and Baptistery, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the Oltrarno. Free afternoon to visit the Uffizi Gallery or climb Piazzale Michelangelo at sunset.

Day 06 :

Train to Siena and visit to the city

Train to Siena (about 1.5 hours) and check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon guided tour of SienaPiazza del Campo, the Duomo and the Palio districts.

Day 07 :

Green fee: Royal Golf La Bagnaia

Transfer to Royal Golf La Bagnaia, about 20 minutes from Siena: Tuscany's first 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., nestled among hills, woods, and lakes. Green fee and buggy included. Free afternoon in the city.

Day 08 :

Green fee: Castiglion del Bosco

Transfer a The Club at Castiglion del Bosco, near Montalcino: Tom Weiskopf's course among the Brunello vineyards. Green fee with buggy included (see FAQ for club access). Upon return, a stop at a Montalcino winery is recommended.

Day 09 :

Train to Rome

Check out and train to Rome First-class with reserved seats. Check-in at the hotel and first stroll through the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Day 10 :

Rome with a guide

Guided tour of Rome: the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Free evening for dinner in Trastevere.

Day 11 :

Departure

Breakfast and Check-out. Private transfer to Rome Fiumicino Airport.
