Can I do it as a couple or with fewer rounds of golf?

Yes. The tour is tailor-made: it works for a couple or a group of friends. Those who play less or don't play at all have an alternative program on golf mornings, and the number of rounds is adjusted.

Are the Costa Ragusa courses open?

Jiménez's Queens Course reopens in spring 2027; Olazábal's Castle Course is scheduled for fall 2027. If the Castle Course is not yet open for your dates, the second round will be played on the Queens Course.

Upon request: Mount Etna by helicopter from Taormina, a round at Il Picciolo beneath the volcano, suites and superior rooms in hotels.

How do booking and payment work?

To confirm your trip, 30% of the total price is paid at booking; the balance is due 45 days before departure (60 days in high season).

Day 01 :

Arrival in Palermo

Arrival at the airport of Palermo and private minivan to Grand Hotel et des Palmes, the palace where Wagner completed Parsifal. Welcome dinner in a historic building in the city, reserved for the group.

Day 02 :

Arab-Norman Palermo

Day with private guide: the Norman Palace and the Palatine Chapel, the Cathedral, the Quattro Canti and Piazza Pretoria, the Capo market and the cloister of Santa Caterina, where the convent's pastry shop still makes cassata and cannoli. Free evening.

Day 03 :

Towards Verdura

Ninety minutes towards the southwest coast to the Verdura Resort Rocco Forte, with almost two kilometers of private coastline. Afternoon at the resort and dinner at Verdura.

Day 04 :

Verdura, first round

First round of 18-hole golf at Verdura, on Kyle Phillips's seafront courses. Dinner at De Gregorio Cellars, family winery on the hills above Sciacca.

Day 05 :

Verdura, second round · Selinunte

Second round at Verdura. For those who don't play, visit Selinunte With a private guide and lunch in Mazara del Vallo, at its Arab Kasbah. Dinner at the resort.

Day 06 :

Valley of the Temples and the Ragusa Coast

Guided tour of the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento with the morning light, lunch in the gardens of Villa Athena in front of the Temple of Concordia, then along the coast to Icona's Costa Ragusa Resort. Dinner at the resort.

Day 07 :

Queens Course and Donnafugata

Round of golf on the Queens Course by Miguel Ángel Jiménez, links on the sea. In the afternoon, visit and tasting at Donnafugata in Vittoria, home of Cerasuolo. Dinner at the resort.

Day 08 :

Ragusa Ibla and Modica

Free morning at the spa and beach club. At sunset, guided walk to Ragusa Ibla, stop at a chocolate workshop in Modica and dinner at Radici, Accursio Craparo's tavern, in front of the Cathedral.

Day 09 :

Castle Course and Noto

Round on the Castle Course by José María Olazábal (if open; alternatively Queens Course), then transfer to Noto and Palazzo Castelluccio, Rocco Forte's new home. Dinner in Noto.

Day 10 :

Noto and Ortigia

Noto with a private guide, the artisan workshops and the painter's studio Sergio Fiorentino. In the evening dinner at Ortigia, the Greek island of Syracuse.

Day 11 :

Monasteri

Round of golf at the Monasteri Golf Club, among citrus and olive groves above Syracuse. Dinner in Noto.

Day 12 :

Etna and Taormina

Ascent of MountEtna with guide: Silvestri craters, cable car and 4×4 to the summit area (weather permitting). Visit, tasting and lunch from Tascante, then Taormina and the San Domenico Palace. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 13 :

Taormina

Guided tour of Taormina: the Ancient Theatre with Mount Etna in the background, the Corso, Piazza IX Aprile, and the public gardens. Dinner in the city.

Day 14 :

Free day

Free day: swimming pool on the bay, spa, Isola Bella and Mazzarò, or boat trip from Giardini Naxos. Upon request, a helicopter tour of Etna or a round at Il Picciolo. Farewell dinner at Principe Cerami.

Day 15 :

Departure

Breakfast and private minivan at Catania Airport.
