Once inside the castle, you will visit the history of the mountain fortress, built by the humanist emperor Frederick II of Swabia. A unique piece of medieval military architecture that Frederick imbued with symbology, mathematical laws and astronomy. The castle is located in the heart of the Alta Murgia National Park, where you can admire panoramic views: from the promontory of the Gargano to the ancient province of Lucania. Transfer to Alberobello, declared World Heritage site by UNESCO and famous for the Trulli, the typical conical constructions in dry stone. You can admire the city, the Museo del Trullo Sovrano, the interior of some trulli and a shop selling typical products. From Alberobello we will continue to Matera, European Capital of Cultur 2019, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the landscape of the old stones city will leave you amazed by the beauty.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure towards Polignano a Mare, the city that gave birth to the famous Domenico Modugno and which offers a breathtaking spectacle with its terraces overlooking the sea. A walk in the alleys of the historic center, between historic sites and breathtaking views thanks to the many terraces overlooking the sea. In the morning departure from the tourist port of Santa Maria di Leuca for a full-day excursion on a sailing boat along the Adriatic and Ionian coasts, you will visit many caves that can be reached only by sea. In the mid-morning drive to Gallipoli where you will climb aboard an apecar that will transport you to the north to admire the exceptional views of the beautiful and still untouched Rivabella with its white beaches bathed by the clear sea.
