The golf course is located right in the center of the development, around 1,000 meters above the sea level and offers stunning views of Iskar Lake, the largest in Bulgaria, the distant Rila Mountains and the famous Borovets ski resort.

Designed by European Golf Design, the Par 72 championship course will measure 7,000 yards and will be capable of hosting major international tournaments and events and aims to become a center for both beginners and advanced players.
